Devendra Banhart for Oliver Peoples
OK aside from his girlfriend, the other thing I'm checking out in this video are Devendra Banhart's clip-on shades. It makes me wish I had to wear glasses. I've been asking around and the overall consensus seems to be an astounding "NO" to wearing glasses if you don't need them. Sorry guys (and gals too). But thanks to Nelson for sharing the vid. You can find Devendra's shades over at the Oliver Peoples website. And if you like his music, you can find more here.

Sir Ian McKellen
This picture of young Ian McKellen has been circulating around the internet lately. This can easily be mistaken for a Band Of Outsiders look book. Another good example of timeless style.

2nd Snap
2nd Snap is easily one of my favorite Japanese men's street fashion magazines. The current issue (Vol. 4) showcases the operators of several Tokyo men's boutiques. There are also great examples of various styles in this issue such as "trad style", "outdoor style", "vintage style", "work style" and "surf style". I am lucky enough to live near a Kinokuniya bookstore in San Francisco where I buy my copies. You can also buy a copy from Inventory Magazine. This is a great way to get an idea of things to come in men's fashion for the West.

Ford Modeling x Stonesthrow
Ford Modeling Agency sits down with several artists from indie hip hop label, Stonesthrow Records, to discuss music and style. It appears that Ford has a love affair with Stonesthrow. Who can blame them? Can you name any artist out there better dressed than Mayer Hawthorne?
